the spacious caravan site was perfect for my needs, and the amenities were modern and impeccably clean. i appreciated the staff’s ongoing maintenance efforts, which showed their commitment to quality. the park location made it easy to access the beautiful beach just a short walk away, and the lovely swimming pool was a great spot for relaxing after a day of exploring. overall, my experience was enjoyable and relaxing.

Had a good stay on vacation, and will be back. The hotel was in a marvellous and gorgeous location, close to shops. Moreover, it was short walk to the Landmark restaurant as well as especially Anna Bay, Nelson Bay and Corlette...

Plenty of marvellous breakfast options. New-fashioned, cosy rooms provided with the chunky double bunks, bunk beds, as for instance. Particularly good location for visiting pubs and cafes. And not too far from the beach.

We had an amazing stay, and the value for money was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for family fun.

Hotel breakfast could use a wider variety of options.

the breakfast was free and marvellous, we really enjoyed a good choice of meals. it has marvellous position to the near town centre.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, there was a nice lounge area, good heating, and a kitchen in the room, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic.

The location here is fantastic with a short walk to both quiet and busier areas, the beach, and the Anna Bay dunes, along with welcoming staff.

This place has a great location close to the Landmark restaurant.

I came to One Mile for a family vacation, and everything was awesome! I love the warm rooms with bunk beds. the location is stunning in a lovely area, and the hotel is conveniently close to pubs and cafes.

The food was brilliant. the rooms were tidy with bunk beds. - the building was very comfortable. - Great and awesome location adjacent to what Port Stephens has to offer, next to the beach and the river.

The breakfast here is amazing with excellent food, and the location is central, very close to the beautiful beach and other attractions in the area.

The cabin was comfortable, clean, and tucked away nicely in a beautiful part of the world. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washing machine was a bonus. The park's location, with the beach right nearby, was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the park facilities kept the kids entertained. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway.
